About Nutrition….

Nutrition has been a passion of mine since my late 20’s. As a self-proclaimed “sugar addict”, I started to recognize how vastly different I felt based on the foods I was eating. When I am really intentional about the food I am putting into my body and focusing on whole, nutritionally dense foods, I have clearer skin, more stamina during workouts, an abundance of energy and naturally feel more toned, leaner and in shape. When I eat processed and non-nutritious foods loaded with sugar, I have the opposite result, which resulted in image struggles I’ve endured most of my adult life. For years I have been researching nutrition and have learned how to create an extremely healthy nutritional foundation that has literally changed my life and I can’t wait to share what I’ve learned with YOU! In 2022 I obtained my Nutrition Coaching Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and have been helping my clients understand the importance of fueling their bodies properly to make the changes they wish to see. I do not do “diets” - I focus on macros and mindset to create an individual nutritional foundation that is simple, easy to track and specific to your goals.

Nutrition and Disease

I sincerely believe that how we fuel our bodies makes all the difference when it comes to so many things; how we handle stress, how well we sleep, how much energy we have, how our body fights off illness and disease, among many other factors. Did you know nature provides us everything we need to live long, healthy, disease-free lives? Living your best life begins with how you treat your body - and while nutrition is a big part of it - your mindset is equally important.
